Air switch

1) AC220V total power switch, which is necessary for each PLC control cabinet. If the power supply of external instruments and electrical equipment needs to be sent from the PLC cabinet, each circuit should be configured with one power switch.

2) DC24V power main switch, which is necessary for each PLC control cabinet. If the power supply of external instruments and electrical equipment needs to be sent from the PLC cabinet, each circuit should be configured with one power switch.

3) Power supply main switch, if the PLC control cabinet is also installed contactor, inverter and other equipment, this switch is necessary.

Sink trough The sink trough is used for wiring in the PLC cabinet. The size of the sink trough depends on the number of cables in the cabinet.

DC24V switching power supply

Most PLC comes with DC24V power supply, if you need DC24V power supply circuit more, you must configure the input AC220V/ output DC24V high-quality switching power module.

Programmable controller (PLC)

PLC brand is usually selected according to engineering needs, stable performance, reliable operation, cost-effective, simple and practical, easy to expand and compatibility is the basic elements of choosing PLC. If the project is relatively large or important occasions also need to consider PLC redundancy (that is, two sets of alternate use).

Intermediate relay

In principle, the DO output of the programmable controller in the PLC control cabinet is not directly into the external control loop, and should be transferred by a high-performance intermediate relay (such as Omron brand, coil voltage DC24V), which is conducive to extending the service life and safety of the PLC DO output module. Terminal

The number of terminals is determined by the number of input and output loops.

Signal isolators and distributors

The signal of the field two-wire transmitter is converted into 4-20mA signal through the distributor and sent to the programmable controller AI input terminal. Various external 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-20mA signals are fed into the programmable controller AI input by converting to 4-20mA signals via signal isolators. The use of signal isolators and distributors can improve the anti-interference ability and stability of the whole system.

Safety fence

If the programmable controller AO output or DI output needs to be sent to the dangerous area, the corresponding safety grid should be selected as required.

Other equipment

The PLC cabinet is usually equipped with contactors, buttons, frequency converters, switches, man-machine interface touch screens and other equipment, depending on engineering requirements.
